Remus Borza a adus oameni de la Advent şi din distribuţia farma la conducerea companiei Polisano

Avocatul Remus Borza, care în urmă cu o săptămână a preluat conducerea operaţională a grupului Polisano, l-a numit în fruntea celei mai mari firme din grup, distribuitorul farma cu acelaşi nume, pe Octavian Iacob, începând de ieri.

Decizia este surprinzătoare având în vedere termenul extrem de scurt în care a fost pusă în aplicare şi are loc în condiţiile în care tot ieri Polisano a anunţat o nouă schimbare, aceea a CFO-ului distribuitorului, funcţie ocupată acum de Andreea Pîrvu.

 „Avem nevoie de un suflu nou, de o nouă abordare. Cu oameni noi şi metode noi de management, principalul obiectiv va fi optimizarea costurilor“, a spus Remus Borza

Borza and Associates moves its head office in the first glass office of Capital

Borza & Associates has leased 750 sqm in Opera Center office project, first developed modern office building in Bucharest, announced CBRE Romania real estate advisory services company, the deal broker. Opera Center project was opened in 2001 and was the first Class A office building. It’s located close to Eroilor metro station and was developed by Portland Trust and subsequently bought by the Austrian CA Immo, the third owner of offices in Romania.
